Sunday, 14 March 2010 Hodag Park Rhinelander WI will be the setting for the final results of the 7th World Ice Fishing Championship. The press and community will be on hand to witness the crowning of the next WIFC teams and individuals. The official weigh-in will start at 12:30pm in the heated tent followed by awards presented to the winners brought to you by the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce.
The teams will travel back to Holiday Acres Resort to prepare for the Official Closing Ceremony with a spectacular meal created by the Award winning Chef Tom. The winners will be awarded medals and Crystal Trophies presented by the USF3 and Cips-Fips-ed. After the awards the ceremony will continue with celebration and music.
Holiday Acres is extending a special invitation to all sponsors and VIP for the closing ceremony at a cost of $25 per person. The closing ceremony will be from 6:00-10:00pm. They have enough room for approximately 25 people. If you would like to attend the Ceremony please email mike.mcnett@naifc.com with the names of your party and the company you represent by Wednesday 3 March 2010. You name will be added to the VIP list and you will be required to pay at the door.
