The new FIPSed sports calendar with the dates and venues of 2021 International Championships is now online.
On the 4th and 5th of September 2021, in the city of Merida (Spain), the World Cup for Master Feeder over 55 years old will be held. For this edition, the presence of two teams from each participating nation is permitted.
On 13th and 14th November 2021, the World Cup for Trout Area Nations will be held in Italy.
On 27 and 28 November 2021, the World Cup of Street Fishing Nations will be held in the Netherlands. The competition venue will be soon communicated.
With regard to the next Ice Fishing World Championship, considering the persistent pandemic situation due to COVID 19, FIPSed has asked the countries that usually participate in this championship to express their interest to participate.
If the number of participants is not sufficient, the championship will be reallocated to the Lithuanian Federation and postponed to 2022.
Finally, at the meeting of the Steering Committee on 28 November 2020, it was decided that the committee will confirm all championships on the calendar two months before they take place until the end of this world emergency.
All federations are therefore advised to wait before booking the flight or hotel.
